Job Summary
We are seeking to hire Head of Cleaning to oversee and manage all cleaning operations across the company's building. This includes supervising the cleaning team, creating cleaning schedules, ensuring hygiene standards are met in all areas (restaurant, shop, kitchen, storage, bathrooms, etc.), and maintaining consistent oversight throughout the day.

- Experience Level : Entry level

- Prior experience supervising cleaning teams (hospitality or commercial preferred).
- Deep understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail — must uphold high cleanliness standards at all times.
- Ability to create and enforce cleaning schedules.
- Confident in giving instructions and guiding junior cleaners.
- Able to inspect work and provide feedback respectfully.
- Physically fit and willing to assist with cleaning duties when needed.
- Trustworthy, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to handle feedback and adapt when issues.
