General Manager

Position Overview
The Office of the General Manager is a strategic leadership and management portfolio entrusted with driving national operations, strengthening institutional partnerships, and leading both fiscal and non‑fiscal performance across healthcare projects, biomedical solutions, and national sales portfolios. The role demands a leader of maturity, discipline, loyalty, and executive presence.
Qualifications

Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
Eligibility Requirements
The ideal candidate must be:
- A 45‑year‑old or above healthcare professional, Ghanaian or non‑Ghanaian (male or female).
- Possessing a minimum of 15 years progressive working experience in healthcare systems, project management, business operations, or related fields.
- Knowledgeable, smart, loyal, and demonstrably skilled in project management solutions, including planning, execution, monitoring, and multi‑site coordination.
- Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally for business meetings, project supervision, and stakeholder engagements.
- Competent in people management, resource mobilisation, team leadership, and organizational alignment.
- Capable of leading and delivering a national corporate sales and project realization target annually.
- Holding a relevant professional qualification and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation or Health Services Administration.
The successful and appointed General Manager will:
- Provide executive and general management for national operations and business development.
- Oversee project delivery, client relations, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Lead national sales strategies, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Strengthen internal corporate culture, staff performance, and operational discipline.
- Represent Mangel Klicks Limited in high‑level engagements with government, private sector, and international partners, among others.
The role will be based at the Regional Biomedical Hub of Mangel Klicks Limited – Ghana, with operational activities in Kumasi and other designated regions.
