Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fulfillment Picker, based in the Accra Metropolitan District. The Fulfillment Picker will be responsible for locating, selecting, and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining inventory accuracy, restocking shelves, performing quality checks, and contributing to a clean and organized workspace. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
• Time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling practices
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, or fulfillment is a plus
