Front Desk Representative


Location: Airport Residential Area, Accra


Role Overview


The Front Desk Representative serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors within a high-end residential environment. This role is essential in delivering a professional, discreet, and welcoming experience consistent with luxury hospitality and property management standards.


Key Responsibilities


Front Desk & Guest Services



Welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous, professional, and confident manner



Manage visitor registration, access control, and front desk logs



Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and professionally



Provide accurate information regarding facilities, basic procedures, and services


Resident Support



Act as a primary contact for resident requests, inquiries, and minor complaints



Coordinate with facility management, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure timely follow-up



Record and track requests, escalating issues where appropriate


Administrative Duties



Maintain daily front desk records and reports



Handle deliveries, courier services, and mail distribution



Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by management


Standards, Security & Compliance



Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times



Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational procedures



Uphold appearance, conduct, and service standards expected in a luxury residential setting


Requirements & Qualifications



Previous experience in front desk, reception, hospitality, or customer service roles



Strong verbal and written communication skills in English



Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills



High attention to detail, reliability, and organizational ability



Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment



Basic computer literacy (email, data entry, simple reporting)


Preferred Attributes



Experience in luxury residences, serviced apartments, or hotels



Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability



Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
