Job summary
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience. The role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, directing visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The Front Desk Officer maintains a positive company image through excellent customer service, effective communication, and efficient coordination of front office activities.

Responsibilities:
- Be punctual to work and maintain a high level of reliability.
- Handle restaurant direct order calls and manage the official WhatsApp number professionally.
- Track and maintain customer order history for the restaurant.
- Provide timely feedback to customers regarding their orders and concerns.
- Report order details, customer feedback, and complaints to management promptly.
. It is a 6 hour shift
. Location - Ashalley Botwe - Accra
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in customer service (hospitality or food service preferred).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience with reservation/order systems and basic computer tools.
- Problem-solving ability and a team-oriented mindset.
- Your must live not far away from restaurant for easy transportation welcoming Smiling face.
- Proof of experience customer service.
Benefits: One meal daily
Salary Range: 800- 1000ghc monthly
Location: Lakeside junction, Ashaley Botwe. Opposite GTBank, Accra
