Diaspora Affairs GH hereby invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Fractional / Technical Advisor.
As the organization enters a new phase of strategic growth, this role will support the Executive Director by providing high-level advisory input, objective perspective, and technical guidance to strengthen decision-making, systems, and long-term impact.
This is a part-time, fractional engagement (5–10 hours per week) designed for senior professionals who can contribute expertise without full-time commitment.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
-Providing strategic, outside-in advisory support to leadership
-Serving as a confidential sounding board for high-stakes decisions
-Offering technical and systems-level guidance for organizational growth
-Mentoring internal leadership toward global best practices
𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲:
-Senior-level experience in strategy, operations, or organizational development
-Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
-Practical knowledge of diaspora engagement and cross-border dynamics
-High standards of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
