The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic

team across multiple outlets, including all-day dining restaurants, bars and private events. The

successful candidate will bring a strong leadership presence, a commitment to excellence, and a

deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and guest

satisfaction

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across restaurants, bars, and

banqueting.

• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and inventory to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate and refine menus, beverage offerings,

and guest experiences.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Drive guest engagement, monitor feedback, and implement service enhancements.
• Uphold the resort’s brand values and luxury service standards at all times.

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a 5-

star resort or luxury hotel environment.

• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong beverage expertise — including wine pairing, mixology, and bar operations.
• Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and innovation in dining.
