Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from policyholders reporting accidents or losses
- Gather and verify claim information such as:
- Date and location of accident
- Driver and vehicle information
- Damage and injury details
- Police report information
- Create and open new insurance claims in the system
- Explain coverage and claims procedures to customers
- Route claims to the correct adjusters or departments
- Maintain accurate documentation and claim notes
Requirement
- Candidate must at least one year experience in assisting with making insurance claims.
- Must be fluent in English
