Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Running and coordinating cross-functional projects between finance and operations teams in the US
- Monitoring regular audit, banking integration, and financial reporting activities across teams
- Liaising with partner banks on data exchange and project coordination
What you'll need:
- A degree in STEM, Finance, or Economics, having graduated with at least a 2:1 (3.0+ GPA) from a top university
- 5+ years of project/change management experience in a top-tier global tech/fintech, financial services, or consulting firm
- A background in banking, technology, operations, and/or financial consulting
- Strong project management skills (Scrum/Agile)
- An understanding of the neobank business model
- Basic knowledge of accounting and treasury principles
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jira management
