- Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases for new and existing projects
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management decision-making
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in SMEs or growth-focused environments
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
