Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Associate based in Accra. The Finance Associate will support financial operations by preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing budgets and expenditures. The role involves assessing financial data, ensuring accuracy, and providing insightful recommendations to enhance financial performance. Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- At least 3 years or more in a similar role
- Ability to manage organisation's cash flow, payroll and other liabilities.
- Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on evaluating financial data and delivering insights
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Knowledge of financial software and tools is a plus
