Rootech IT Solutions is the company behind Venta POS — the most advanced, offline-first retail management suite built specifically for Ghanaian businesses. After successful deployments in the Cold Store sector, we are scaling fast.

We are not looking for "employees." We are looking for Hunters. We want a driven Field Sales Lead who thrives on results, loves meeting "Bossus," and wants to earn based on what they close.

The Opportunity: This is a high-reward, commission-heavy role. If your first question is about a base salary, this isn't for you. If your first question is about how quickly you can hit your targets and scale your income, let’s talk.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Market Dominance: Visiting mini-marts, pharmacies, cold stores, and wholesale hubs across Accra and the whole country through social media.
• Live Demos: Walking shop owners through the Venta POS system and showing them how to stop stock theft and track every Cedi.
• Closing: Building a pipeline and following up relentlessly until the installation is paid and cleared.
• Direct Impact: Reporting directly to the Founder to align on market feedback and growth strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven Track Record: You have sold POS, Fintech, Insurance, or FMCG products in the field.
• The "Hunter" Mindset: You are hungry, mobile, and can name 10 potential clients before your first day.
• Equipment (BYOD): You must have your own functional smartphone and laptop for the initial 30-day trial period.
• Grit: You have the confidence to walk into a busy business center and command the attention of the owner.
