Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Possesses a strong character/ethical core and assertive
- Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness)
- Displays a customer first mindset at all times
- Engage with customers from assessing the customers’ needs to offering assistance whenever needed
- Excellent bookkeeping and financial management skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Understands the cultures and ensures compliance with all Values and Behavior's, store operational standards
- Helping with visual merchandising tasks
- Computer literate (intermediate - word / excel / PowerPoint
- Ability to apply computer knowledge for website management
- Ability to use a POS device / Sales software
- Ability to promote sales and interact with customers via social media
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma / 1st degree
- At least 2 years of work experience
Location: Accra
Salary: GHC 800.00 – GHC 1000.00
