Factory Hand

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating basic factory machines and equipment under supervision.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
• Package, label, and seal products according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.
• Support the movement of goods within the warehouse or production floor.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
• Assist in measuring, sorting, and quality-checking materials.
• Report faulty machinery, hazards, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Help meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Perform any other general factory duties assigned by supervisors.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and stand for long periods.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety.
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Qualification and Experience

• SHS certificate.
• Previous experience in factory work, warehouse support, or production is an advantage but not required.
• Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends if needed.
