Cecilia Bempah Enterprise, a leading fabric and textile company specializing in large-scale materials supply for wholesale and retail clients, is seeking a Factory Hand / Support Staff to support daily factory operations. The role involves assisting with fabric handling, packaging, loading, and general operational support to ensure smooth workflow within the factory.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the handling, sorting, folding, and packaging of fabrics (cotton and other materials)
- Support loading and offloading of materials for wholesale and retail orders.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization within the factory and storage areas.
- Assist supervisors and production staff with day-to-day factory tasks as required.
- Support inventory arrangement and movement of materials within the factory.
- Follow safety guidelines when handling fabrics and equipment.
- Perform other operational support duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Basic education (ability to read and follow instructions).
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or textile environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Residing around Makola or nearby areas is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: GHS 1,500 – 2,000
- Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
