Factory Workers

Job Summary

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Factory Workers to support our production operations. In this role, you will assist with manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and quality control to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and to company standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.

• Monitor production processes and report defects or malfunctions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.

• Meet daily production targets and quality standards

• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school certification, diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years and above).

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Basic math and measurement skills.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
