Job Description/Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum technical school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift when needed
- Detail-oriented and precise in your work
- Basic machine-operating skills preferred; training will be provided
- Cooperative team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in safety training and use personal protective equipment(PPE)
Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and equipment according to safety protocols and instructions
- Inspect bamboo pulp products for quality issues and report any defects
- Package finished products for shipment
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Keep the Production area clean and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
