The Opportunity
:
We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and organized professional to represent Bishop's University in Ghana. The successful candidate will lead targeted enrollment growth, enhance partner satisfaction, and serve as a liaison between Bishop's University, ApplyBoard, and external recruitment partners (agents). This is a hands-on, field-focused role with significant travel and stakeholder coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Expand international recruitment channels and plan marketing and recruitment strategies for college/university recruitment in assigned regions
Participate in education fairs; deliver presentations to agents and prospective students; respond to inquiries from prospective students and recruitment partners.
Conduct a high volume of partner engagement (minimum 5–8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners and their counselors on processes, top schools/programs, and admission requirements;
Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team.
Ensure recruitment partner quality through regular agent training and by increasing the volume of international applicants to meet semester targets.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders at Bishop's University and within ApplyBoard.
Lead regular meetings with the University/College Recruitment team to monitor targets, market developments, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Stay current with region-specific industry trends and competitor activity; provide market intelligence to ApplyBoard and Bishop's University leadership.
What You Bring to the Table:
1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel (15–20 working days per month).
