Role Description The Elementary School Teacher at The Kindergarten Krew will plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons that align with age-appropriate curricula and learning standards. This full-time, on-site role in Accra involves managing a classroom, assessing student progress, providing individualized support, and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with families and colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school events and activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, implementing classroom management strategies, and collaborating with fellow educators to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education to effectively support diverse learners in a classroom setting.
• Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education to design, adapt, and implement engaging and standards-based lesson plans.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, families, and colleagues.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Education or a related field, with training in elementary or early childhood education.
• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting, preferably at the elementary level.
• Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive, and supportive learning environments.
• Strong organizational and classroom management abilities, with attention to student safety and well-being.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate as part of a teaching team.
