Africa Cement Factory is seeking a competent Electrical Technician to join our Maintenance/Production Department. If you have hands-on experience in the cement manufacturing industry and are passionate about plant reliability and productivity, we encourage you to apply.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems supporting production operations
Ensure optimal functioning of motors, control panels, PLCs, and plant equipment
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
Support continuous production processes and plant efficiency
Observe all safety, quality, and operational procedures
🎓 Requirements
HND/Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or related field
2–5 years’ relevant experience as an Electrical Technician in the cement industry
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and production equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
High safety awareness and attention to detail
