E-Commerce Merchandiser
Own the entire customer-facing experience in our app and drive sales, basket size, and conversion through smart product merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Build category structures, navigation, and curated collections
- Execute homepage banners, campaigns, landing pages, and seasonal merchandising
- Optimize search, product ranking, descriptions, and content quality
- Drive cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations
- Manage new product launches and product imagery
- Monitor conversion and basket size
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Demand Planning
Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong with Excel and computers
- Knowledge of grocery categories, FMCG brands, imported products, and fresh produce
- Understanding of customer buying behaviour
