Job Summary
The E-Banking Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electronic banking systems of the organization to ensure seamless and efficient electronic banking services to clients. The Manager will work closely with other Heads and Managers to develop and implement strategies that ensure customer satisfaction, improve product offerings, and increase revenue for the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of electronic banking platforms, including online banking, mobile banking, and other electronic channels.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing usage of electronic banking platforms by clients.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure the smooth functioning of electronic banking systems.
- Provide leadership and support to staff in the Electronic Banking department.
- Analyze electronic banking data and provide regular reports to the MD on performance, user behavior, and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing strategies for electronic banking products.
- Keep up to date with new electronic banking trends and technologies, and make recommendations to the Head of Operations for improvements to current systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to electronic banking.
- Represent the organization in electronic banking-related meetings and events
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology or a related field.
- Not less than 3 years’ experience in a similar Job role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
