Driver

Responsibilities:

• Report to duties on time in accordance with company regulations.
• Driving staff daily to their desired destination.
• Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean
• Using navigation apps when available to determine the best route.
• Drive staff in a comfortable, safe and timely manner.
• Arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions
• Managing authorized payments such as fuel correctly.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no traffic violations.
• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Pick up staff and goods from the place and at the time requested.
• Assist staff with loading and unloading their luggage.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
• Prompt management on schedule regular car service, renewal of vehicle documents and report any issues.
• Undertake car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
• Report any incident or unusual encounter to management immediately.
• Ensure your driving license and other requirements for driving are valid.
• DO NOT get involved in any discussions during the trip uninvited.
• When on a trip report location at each stop using the formal reporting platforms.
• Avoid over speeding and drive with great care.
• Company would not pay for any fines or penalties arising as a result of your negligence or failure to observe regulations.
• Fluent English speaker preferred

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license preferably C.
• At least three (3) years experience in driving small truck and pickup.
• Extensive knowledge of the area and roads across the country.
• A clean driving record.
• Have knowledge and experience for car maintenance.
• Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Proficiency in using navigation tools (GPS, maps, etc)
• Minimum qualifications should be SHS
