Job Summary
A driver is responsible for transporting staff or items in a safe, efficient and timely manner. This role involves maintaining the vehicle, planning routes and ensuring the comfort and safety of staff or the integrity of items. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to destinations to avoid delays.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport staff/items: Drive staff to their destinations or deliver items to specified locations.
- Vehicle maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Route Planning: Use navigation tools to determine the best routes, consider traffic and road conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe journey.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of trips, mileage and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of Junior High School (JHS) Certificate.
- Ability to read, understand, and write English correctly.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in driving.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel from all levels internally or externally.
- Polite and professional demeanor
