Dispatch Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and guide employees to complete the entire logistics process in accordance with company standards, from order processing and waybill management to settlement documentation.
2. Liaise with transportation suppliers to ensure sufficient transportation capacity and carry out supplier classification and management.
3. Handle transportation-related incidents, cargo losses, and other operational exceptions.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related majors are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dispatch Supervisor or Dispatch Manager.
3. Proficient in the use of TMS (Transportation Management System).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report preparation, and capable of creating process flowcharts.
