Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the company's social media handles, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, articles, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor online customer interactions and ensure timely responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess:
Technical Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, SEO, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of:

The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical prowess, including the ability to:
- Interpret digital marketing data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement patterns, and online sentiment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, impressions, engagement rates, lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
