Are you a results-driven digital marketing professional with strong experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies?

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to lead and execute digital strategies for Ghana and other markets. The role will focus on growing online presence, driving traffic, generating leads and delivering measurable results through effective digital campaigns.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage and optimise digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing
• Oversee content planning and execution across digital platforms
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for continuous optimisation
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise spend to maximise ROI
• Enhance user experience and optimise customer journeys to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms and emerging technologies

Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years' experience in digital marketing, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media and email marketing
• Experience with analytics and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A results-driven approach with strong commercial and strategic thinking
• Ability to work full-time in-office in Ghana

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Relevant digital marketing certifications, such as Google or Meta
• Equivalent hands-on digital marketing experience will also be considered
