Overview
Publicis West Africa (PWA) seeks a bright and ambitious Digital Executive to join our
vibrant Accra hub! You'll be an integral part of our dynamic digital team, supporting
the development and execution of winning strategies for our clients across 25
diverse markets at various stages of digital maturity.
Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Manager and team in developing and executing

comprehensive digital-first integrated strategies, aligned with Publicis' global
frameworks and tailored to regional needs and client objectives.

  • Contribute to ongoing digital projects for clients, demonstrating proficiency in

at least one digital marketing discipline (e.g., SEO, social media, content
marketing, analytics).

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate reports to support campaign

development, optimization, and reporting.

  • Assist with managing social media accounts, content creation, and

community management tasks.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to

ensure smooth project execution.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends and learn new skills to continuously

improve your expertise.

  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, fostering

collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong

foundation in digital marketing principles.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one digital marketing discipline (e.g.,

SEO, social media, content marketing).

  • Strong research and analytical skills to support campaign development and

reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively

with team members and clients.

  • Fluency in English is a must. Regional languages (French or Portuguese) a

plus.
