Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a Diesel Engine Mechanic. The Diesel Engine Mechanic will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, troubleshooting engine and equipment issues, repairing hydraulic systems, maintaining heavy machinery, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves diagnosing equipment malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Small Engine Repair and general Maintenance & Repair
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Hydraulic Systems
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues
• Experience with Heavy Equipment maintenance and repair is required
• Understanding of safety protocols in mechanical repair environments
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate service records
• Relevant certifications in mechanical or engineering disciplines are a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
