Responsibilities:


Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly through phone, email, social media or in-person.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Record and track customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and other office documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for customers and staff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as required.
