- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
- Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records.
- Assist in preparing reports and other office documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for customers and staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as required.
