Job Summary
SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking a Customer Care Specialist interested in building a global safety net with us. We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (part-time, up to 20 hours /week with the option of going full-time) to join our fully remote team. We love to be helpful and guide our customers with any problem, big or small.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Answer customer questions via live chat, email and phone support
- Proactively look at how to improve the customer experience
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- The ability to work independently and to be a problem solver
- Weekend availability (we have shifts)
- Extra shine if you have experience with insurance, customer service or healthcare.
