Corporate Solutions Officer
Job descriptions & requirements
About NiBS University
The Mission: At SEED, we don't just sell courses; we architect organizational transformation. As our Corporate Solutions Officer, you are the bridge between cutting-edge research and the
corporate boardroom.
Job Description: You won't be "pitching" off-the-shelf products. Instead, you will act as a
Strategic Consultant, identifying Tier-1 organizations (Banks, Telcos, Mining, and the Public
Sector) and inviting them into a co-creation partnership. Using the NIBS Practitioner-Scholar
model, you will help CEOs and Strategy Heads turn their toughest organizational hurdles into
competitive advantages.
Role: Corporate Solutions Officer
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Out-reach & Relationship Management (70%)
● Targeting "Power Players": Identify and engage key decision-makers (CEOs, CHROs, and
Strategy Heads) within West Africa’s most influential firms.
● Consultative Discovery: Lead high-stakes meetings focused on "Discovery" rather than
"Selling"—uncovering the root causes of organizational friction.
● Bespoke Design: Facilitate workshops to co-create custom curricula tailored to a client’s
specific annual targets and KPIs.
● The Business Case: Draft high-level, ROI-focused concept notes and executive proposals
that speak the language of the C-Suite.
2. Digital Literacy & Modern Prospecting
● Social Selling: Curate a professional digital presence, leveraging SEED research and white
papers to "warm up" leads and build authority.
● Pipeline Engineering: Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage complex,
long-cycle sales (3–9 months).
● AI-Driven Intelligence: Use generative AI to analyze annual reports and personalize
outreach at a scale that feels bespoke.
The Candidate Profile
We are looking for an "Intellectual Hunter"—someone who is as comfortable discussing
evidence-based management as they are closing a high-value contract.
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or
Economics.
● Experience: 3–5 years in B2B Sales, Management Consulting, or Corporate Training.
● The Language of Business: You must be able to speak fluently about ROI, organizational
transformation, and strategic alignment.
● Mindset: A firm believer in the power of research-backed management to change the
trajectory of an organization.
Metrics of Success (KPIs)
Your success will be measured by the depth and longevity of the partnerships you build:
1. Contract Value: Total value of signed Company Specific Program (CSP) contracts.
2. Conversion: The ratio of "Initial Visits" that evolve into "Co-Creation Workshops."
3. Retention: Number of companies signing multi-year development partnerships.
4. The Big Win: Closing at least one "Anchor Account" (a top-10 firm in Ghana/West
Africa) within your first 6 months.
