Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Control Room Officer based in Accra. The Control Room Officer will monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication systems. Additional responsibilities include responding to incidents promptly, maintaining detailed logs, coordinating with field teams, and managing access control. The officer will ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide real-time updates to the security management team.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in monitoring surveillance systems, alarm systems, and managing access controls
• Ability to assess and respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with field teams and security personnel
• Detail-oriented with skills in maintaining clear and accurate incident logs
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in security operations
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate security software proficiently
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations with exceptional decision-making skills
• Prior experience in a security or surveillance role is an advantage
