We are seeking an experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for the Youth Initiative Foundation. The plan will guide YIF's programmatic direction, organisational growth, resource mobilisation, and long-term sustainability, providing a clear roadmap for the organisation's next chapter.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience developing strategic plans for NGOs or civil society organisations
Understanding of the African human rights and development landscape
Ability to lead stakeholder consultations and synthesise findings into actionable strategy
Strong written communication and document production skills
CV, expected fee in GHS, and examples of previous strategic planning work required
