Crystal Homes Ltd is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Company Driver to support daily operations. The role involves driving company vehicles, running official errands, purchasing supplies, and handling messenger duties as required. The successful candidate must be dependable, organized, and familiar with road networks within Accra and its environ. The Company Driver will be responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles, transportation of staff and goods, and the purchase and delivery of company supplies. The role also includes Operations Manager messenger duties and basic record keeping related to vehicle use and purchases.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles to transport staff, visitors, and company items to designated locations
- Run official errands, including purchasing supplies and materials as instructed
- Deliver documents, parcels, and other items to offices, vendors, and clients
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary
- Maintain assigned vehicles in clean and good working condition
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report faults or maintenance needs promptly
- Keep accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, and servicing
- Maintain basic records of purchases, deliveries, and expenses
- Comply with road safety regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years driving experience.
- A valid class C Ghanaian driver's license.
- Good knowledge of the road networks in Accra and its environs.
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- A high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- A clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift items up to 25kg
