Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Commercial Real Estate Broker. The broker will be responsible for identifying and securing commercial property opportunities, negotiating leases and sales agreements, representing clients in property transactions, building and maintaining relationships with clients and property owners, and ensuring the fulfillment of client property needs. The role involves market research, prospecting, property walkthroughs, and advising clients on real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Brokerage, Commercial Real Estate, and Sales
• Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
• Strong understanding of market trends and commercial property requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with the real estate landscape in Ghana is an advantage
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative with a customer-centric approach
