SmartThynk Innovation Hub is hiring a passionate Coding & Robotics Facilitator to deliver hands-on STEM education to primary and JHS students across our partner schools in the Eastern Region.

What You'll Do
- Teach coding and robotics to students (P1–JHS3) using platforms like Scratch, micro:bit, LEGO WeDo, and Arduino
- Plan and deliver engaging, project-based sessions
- Build fun, real-world coding and robotics projects with students
- Track attendance, assess learners, and support struggling students
- Submit regular session and progress reports
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience in coding AND robotics is required — this is non-negotiable
- Ability to confidently teach and troubleshoot at least one coding platform (Scratch, JavaScript, Python) and one robotics platform (micro:bit, Arduino, or LEGO WeDo)
- Strong communication skills and patience working with children
- Based in or willing to work within the Eastern Region (Suhum, Koforidua, and surrounding areas)
- A laptop of your own
Nice to Have
- Prior experience teaching or facilitating STEM for children
Salary Competitive — based on your level of experience and demonstrated competence. Strong candidates will be rewarded accordingly. Shortlisted applicants will complete a practical assessment.
