Job Description:

• Floor Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and potentially polishing/waxing floors.
• Surface Cleaning: Dusting and cleaning surfaces, including desks, counters, shelves, and walls.
• Window and Glass Cleaning: Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Restroom Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, and replenishing supplies like paper towels and soap.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
• Supply Management: Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages or maintenance issues.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions.
• Health and Safety: Following health and safety guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, and reporting any safety hazards.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries or complaints.
• Accurately logging completed tasks and working hours.
• Specialized Cleaning: May be required to perform deep cleaning tasks like carpet shampooing or floor waxing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
