Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell movie tickets and process cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and serve concession items such as popcorn, drinks, pastries, and snacks.
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and provide information on movie schedules and promotions.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of cinema halls and public areas.
- Support ticket validation and guide patrons to their seats when necessary.
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and report discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
- HND in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
