Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial strategy, planning, and management of AgriPath Ghana Ltd to support sustainable growth and sound risk management. We are looking for a financial systems builder and investment control leader — someone who can operate at the intersection of: Investment structuring, Agricultural project finance, Capital allocation, Revenue sharing systems, Compliance and audit readiness. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Accra, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flex
ibility.Key responsibilities: Oversee allocation and governance of investor capital across agricultural projects, Approve and validate project budgets in collaboration with Farm Operations, Enforce structured revenue models (including operational fees, cost recovery, and investor profit splits), Manage end-of-cycle financial settlements and investor payouts, Ensure full financial transparency and audit readiness across all projects, Oversee tax, compliance, and financial reporting structures, Monitor financial performance across multiple agricultural projects (portfolio-level oversight), Work with product/tech teams to build financial tracking systems and dashboards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in corporate or investment finance, preferably in agribusiness, impact investing, or related sectors.Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term financial modeling.Advanced skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating investment opportunities, assessing project performance, managing risk, and supporting data-driven decision-making.Experience implementing financial controls, policies, and systems, and working with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, investors, and field teams.Comfort working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment and aligning financial strategy with social impact and sustainability goals.How to Apply
