Job Summary
We are looking for a Chargeback Specialist to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast-growing, innovative USA-based company specializing in health, beauty, and pet products development.

- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
In this role, you'll get to:
• Communicate with customers (if it is needed), and internal teams
• Detect and report fraud, assess risk, and recommend improvements
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Produce various daily, weekly, and/or monthly statistical reports
• Prepare KPI’s reports of chargebacks
• And other related tasks

• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop daily
• Previous experience in Chargeback, Refund, or similar fields is an advantage
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
