Through our on-site, remote, or hybrid embedded (RPO) Talent Partner Model, we place highly-qualified recruiters directly within businesses to support, enhance, or manage their hiring processes.

We leverage the latest technologies and tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including our clients' internal hiring teams and managers, as well as our own talent partners and account managers. In addition to delivering exceptional talent, we also offer DE&I sourcing and analysis, culture and value creation, interview training for C-Suite and management, and the creation of Talent Events.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to fuel growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


Compensation:

  • This role is commission-based with no monthly salary until a new client is signed.
  • Earn a competitive commission for each successful deal closed.
  • Potential for higher earnings based on performance and contribution to company growth.
