Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to U.S. hospitals, healthcare systems, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare organizations
- Introduce the company's healthcare staffing and direct-hire recruitment services.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, and key decision-makers.
- Schedule discovery calls and partnership meetings while managing consistent follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective healthcare facility partnerships.
- Research healthcare organizations and identify new business opportunities within target markets.
- Participate in weekly strategy, sales, and progress meetings.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in business development, healthcare staffing, recruitment, healthcare sales, B2B sales, or account management (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confidence making outbound sales calls and writing professional business emails.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while managing priorities and meeting performance goals.
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing company.

Location: Remote (Ghana-based candidates preferred)
Compensation
- 90-Day Paid Training & Probation: USD $200/month
- Upon Successful Completion: USD $500–$2,000+ per month (base pay + performance incentives)
