Our client is seeking a high-energy, strategic Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth and the expansion of their flagship HRMS product and upcoming software ecosystem. It requires a digital-first approach to business development, combining consultative selling, content-driven prospecting, LinkedIn engagement, product demonstrations, and SaaS growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS Lifecycle, recurring revenue models, and nuances of HR technology will be a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, pursue and develop new sales opportunities for the platform across Ghana and other African markets.
- Conduct market research to identify industries with high potential for HR automation solutions.
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies for prospective organisations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, discovery calls, email marketing campaigns and solution presentations for potential clients.
- Develop strategies to expand the platform’s presence beyond Ghana.
- Utilise digital platforms such as LinkedIn to identify, engage and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Contribute to or develop thought leadership content on HR technology and workforce management.
- Build and maintain a professional digital presence that attracts HR leaders and senior business executives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience selling software solutions, HR technology, or enterprise software will be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Relevant certifications in SaaS sales, digital marketing, or related areas.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
BENEFITS
Earn a salary of GHS 4,000 (Gross) plus 15 to 20% commission on successful sales
