Job Summary
A reputable clinic and diagnostics center is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Officers to increase client engagement and promote our healthcare services. The ideal candidates should have a strong interest in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and build lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
•
Drive sales and revenue growth for both the clinic and diagnostics center.
•
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
•
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
•
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
•
Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and growth metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
•
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
•
Proven experience in marketing and sales (experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage).
•
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
•
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
•
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
