As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the customer base. Your role involves strategic planning, sales, and collaboration with various internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry dynamics to stay informed and ahead of market changes.


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Identify new markets, products, and services to diversify and expand the business.


Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Qualify leads and prospects to ensure alignment with the company's target market.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.


Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services.
  • Create detailed proposals and negotiate terms to secure new business opportunities.


Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.


Market Expansion:

  • Identify and establish partnerships or collaborations that can contribute to the expansion of the business.
  • Explore new channels and distribution networks to increase market reach.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary: GHC2000 plus commission
