We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to fill our Business Development Role for an IT startup company. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new market opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition—while simultaneously overseeing daily operations and team performance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between external growth strategies and internal execution capabilities. The role involves building business strategies, conducting market research, developing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will also oversee the preparation of proposals, track industry trends, and generate actionable insights to inform company decisions.
Qualifications
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and clients.
- Proven expertise in business development, market research, and strategic partnership building
- Skill in sales strategy, negotiation, lead generation and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and business consulting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and dynamic
- Ability to work in hybrid settings and independently manage time and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in IT or consulting industries is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant business software
