Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Achimota for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and securing business opportunities to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners, and developing strategies to expand the institution's reach. The role involves conducting market research, preparing business proposals, managing negotiations, and tracking performance metrics to assess the success of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research
- Strong Networking, Relationship Management, and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Sales Strategies
- Data Analysis and Performance Metrics Tracking capabilities
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus
- Prior experience in international education or business management is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and thrive in a multicultural environment
