Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and objective.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors' weakness, possible opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the company's expertise and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business.
- Generate and qualify new leads to support business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, explore, and penetrate new markets to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or marketing.
- Three (3) plus years of experience in marketing, business administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of technical products, machineries and related field
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
