Job Summary
We're looking for a Business Analyst who'll combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. We have our own in-house framework for reporting, and guess who we want to help develop it even further.

Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Participating in migration from one regulatory reporting system to a new one, identifying necessary data requirements, data mapping, subsequent testing of reports, and resolving of issues
- Implementing new products and ensuring that reports are produced correctly in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Working towards automating regulatory reports
- Becoming a permanent specialist within the Regulatory Reporting team
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a financial/regulatory/business analyst reporting role
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
- Experience in financial and regulatory reporting, with the ability to identify the required input data for various financial reports
- Experience deciphering existing reporting data attributes and evaluating the potential application of similar principles to new reporting system
- Experience comparing financial and regulatory reports with expectations based on Revolut's product offerings, effectively highlighting any discrepancies
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting concepts/standards, as well as financial products and systems
- Experience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutions such as Axiom, Abacus or TM1
- An understanding of how project life cycles work
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a leadership mentality
- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive, and implement change
- A self-starter and independent worker attitude
- Self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to local cultural aspects
- Good organizational skills to plan and deliver on tight deadlines with great attention to detail
